Michael’s practice is focused on general litigation and commercial litigation.

Called to the Bar in 2022, he has practiced personal injury and as in-house counsel.  He is a Qualified Arbitrator with ADRBC and ADRIC and brings his skills and experience to our firm as litigation and dispute resolution counsel.

Michael has experience in business and policy analysis and development in many different areas and sectors including private businesses, executive leadership, community organizations, elected provincial and federal representatives, and the Province of British Columbia.  As such, he brings an insightful and unique perspective to legal matters.

Michael is also available to assist with wills and estates matters in support of the firm’s Wills, Estates, and Family Trusts department.
